Virtual Event – “Trump v. US: SCOTUS Oral Argument Analysis”

A virtual event from the Society for the Rule of Law.

On April 25, 2024 the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in Donald Trump v. United States, addressing the former president’s claim of immunity from prosecution for criminal acts. The Society hosted a virtual event recapping the arguments and forecasting likely outcomes in the case.
