This amicus brief was filed October 2 in the Supreme Court on behalf of, among others, Tom Ridge, Ed Larson, Bob Shanks, Stuart Gerson, Paul Rosenzweig, Alan Raul, John Bellinger, and Peter Keisler. It opposed the stay sought by Pennsylvania Republicans of a Pennsylvania court decision facilitating mail-in voting.
