Amicus Brief Filed in U.S. Supreme Court, Includes C&B Members as Signatories

This amicus brief was filed December 29 in the U.S. Supreme Court in former President Trump’s case seeking to block the National Archives from turning over government records to the U.S. House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack. Signatories include Donald Ayer, Stuart Gerson, Peter Keisler, Carter Phillips, Trevor Potter, and Alan Raul.
