Amicus Brief Filed in DC Circuit, Includes C&B Members as Signatories

This amicus brief was filed November 22 in the DC Circuit in former President Trump’s case seeking to block the archives from turning over government records to the U.S. House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack. Signatories include Stuart Gerson, Peter Keisler, Carter Phillips, and Trevor Potter.
