Society for the Rule of Law Executive Director Gregg Nunziata was featured in The Dispatch on Todd Blanche’s Senate confirmation hearings.

This nomination is really a test of whether the Senate is willing to still perform its constitutional responsibilities or if executive branch nominations are simply now a partisan loyalty test. There’s two years left in this administration, and I think there is some harm in the Senate legitimizing this kind of naked weaponization of this kind of naked abuse of power.
