Senate Judiciary Committee Reads Gregg Nunziata’s Letter into the Congressional Record

Executive Director Gregg Nunziata’s letter opposing Emil Bove’s nomination to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit was formally entered into the congressional record during the Senate confirmation hearing.

The letter, submitted on behalf of the Society for the Rule of Law Institute, was sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
