Luttig and Raul Sign Amicus Brief Defending Constitutional Principles in Harvard Case

Board Members Michael Luttig and Alan Raul joined other former senior government officials in signing an amicus brief, filed by Yale Law School’s Peter Gruber Rule of Law Clinic, supporting Harvard’s lawsuit against President Trump’s executive order banning international students. The brief argues the proclamation is unconstitutional and undermines U.S. national security by excluding valuable global talent.
