SRL Board Member Judge J. Michael Luttig joined the Kettering Foundation to discuss the risk of a constitutional crisis after the midterms.

I am trying to sound the alarm for the nation. I am trying to warn the nation and warn Americans that this day, which I have called “The Final Battle for America’s Democracy,” could well occur, and in my view, will occur, unless the American people rise up right now between now and November 3rd and demand that the President of the United States and the Speaker of the House and every one of the people’s representatives assure this country that its elected officials will not attempt another coup in the United States of America, like Donald Trump attempted on January 6th, 2021.
