Gregg Nunziata was quoted in Bloomberg on the growing strain that Trump’s aggressive use of executive orders is placing on American legal institutions. He warned that the rule of law is facing “grave threats” and cautioned that too much responsibility is falling on the courts while Congress and the public fail to push back.

“The rule of law in America is facing grave threats, the likes of which it hasn’t seen in a generation. Our system is showing pain points when we rely on the courts to cabin an active and irresponsible executive.”
