Gregg Nunziata Featured in Bloomberg Law

Gregg Nunziata was quoted in Bloomberg Law on the implications of President Trump’s politically motivated removal of a U.S. Attorney.

“Senate Democrats are in a near impossible position,” Nunziata explained. “If they cooperate with the White House, the White House has indicated it will call the nominees that emerge unacceptably tainted by Democratic support. If they don’t cooperate, the White House will try to jam through the most outrageous candidates.”

He also warned that the administration’s growing reliance on interim appointees reflects a broader effort “to push its most outrageous and unfit” candidates into office and dismiss opposition as mere partisanship.
