Alan Raul to Speak on National Review Institute Panel
Board Member Alan Charles Raul will participate in an in-person debate forum hosted by the National Review Institute exploring the question “Is DOGE Constitutional and Consistent with our Founders’ Vision for the United States of America?”
Raul will join a distinguished panel of legal and political scholars and commentators in Dallas, Texas, to engage in a thought-provoking discussion on the constitutional principles surrounding the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). He will be arguing against the constitutionality of DOGE, presenting a case that the department is inconsistent with the principles established by the Founders.
