SRL Executive Director Gregg Nunziata was in CNN discussing the Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel’s opinion finding the Presidential Records Act unconstitutional.

The traditional back-and-forth process that the OLC opinion is referring to (between Congress and the President) … can’t happen if the President is free to destroy stuff.
