Alan Raul Debates Constitutionality of DOGE at National Review Institute Panel

Board Member Alan Charles Raul participated in a live debate forum hosted by the National Review Institute in Dallas, Texas, exploring the timely question: Is DOGE Constitutional and Consistent with our Founders’ Vision for the United States of America?”

Raul was joined by a distinguished panel of legal scholars and political commentators for a wide-ranging debate on the constitutional principles surrounding the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). He argued that DOGE, in its current form, is unconstitutional and incompatible with the principles established by the Founders.
